How long do you keep the backups?
The backups are made every 4 hours and then are kept for 30 days, before they are overridden.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes we do! Contact us and we will make custom package for your needs.
Where can I find credentials for Direct Admin?
You can view your services and click on the one that you want to get credentials for. After that the service will be expanded and you will see username and password.
Note: Click on the service itself, not on the “Manage” button.
What web server do you use?
All our servers are running highly optimized Apache 2 webserver which is industry standard in order to guarantee high speeds and great reliablility.
Do you offer domain registration?
Yes we do and you can even transfer your existing domain to us! This option is available once you select the package that you like and proceed further.
